RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Consumers have a right to cancel in accordance with the following terms. A consumer refers to any natural person who concludes a legal transaction primarily for purposes which can neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives in a less-than-hilarious condition, please don't fret! Contact us at info@louiseandfred.com within 14 days of purchase, don't forget to mention your order number & send photos of the issue. We'll jump into action faster than a comedian chasing a punchline to resolve the issue.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is a go or a no-go. If it's a go, expect your refund to waltz back into your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, banks and credit card companies can be slower than a tortoise crossing a comedy stage, so be patient.
If 15 business days have passed since we gave the green light for your refund and it's still MIA, reach out to us at info@louiseandfred.com, and we'll get right on it.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all payments we received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right to Cancel
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
