I just placed an order; when will it ship?

Items are generally shipped within 1–2 business days of payment being processed. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number for the shipment.

I am not in love with my order; can it be returned? 

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. For change in mind or exchange, you must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it has been processed. If the order has been processed, you must wait until you receive the item. When you have received the item, please follow the instructions that are outlined in our refund and exchange policy.
